what encourage me to make a return to boots.com??

boots.com are an e-commerce web site like e-bay.com or amazon.com and etc.
What encourage me to make a return to boots.com are the web pages makes me felt comfortable while surfing it. The color combination of the web pages are good. The information of each product are clear. The product are easy to find because there are many navigation bars and it is clearly stated in each bar. If I am rich, I will going to buy the product.

As for the aesthetics, an aesthetics nature of a site is mainly captured by visual characteristics such as colours, graphics, photographs, font choices, and other visually oriented features.

Appeal mix is refers to the promotional and communications messaging projected by the company.
